At SKNVAULT, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure efficiency and exceptional service for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following policy: CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the service booked, which will be billed to the card on file. NO-SHOWS: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of the service booked, which will be billed to the card on file.
